BOSS: The Danil YAD and Nidgus’ ‘Colleagtion’ New Release

We all love Danil YAD’s Kaiju: the smart and dichotomous silhouette presents everything we love about designer toys. You may know Danil Yada from his project: Yarms Studio. Kaiju has already collaborated with very prominent Russian artists, among them Vladue and Hey.Django. Now, we are pleased to inform you that a special new collaborative toy design is on its way to being acquired by toy lovers.

Nidgus is a very prominent author indeed. Starting as a digital artist, he presented a witty collection of character sets, such as the Girl from Patriki (meaning the fanciest area of Moscow), the Tired Colleague, and the Highly Efficient Colleague. The two latter toys became the start of the ‘Colleagtion’ (with Solutions, a design venture), as figurines were produced physically and their distribution was supported by a social media campaign. This collection of images and media positioning resonates with every millennial who is old enough to be familiar with the charming environment of an office.

The newest character in this office universe of ‘Colleagtion’ is the Boss: the ultimate CEO of the office. In Danil YAD’s vision, he is grumpy and serious, holding his employees in his hands. The Kaiju platform beautifully highlights the qualities of the one who is superior in the office. Cheekily enough, the Boss’s look was based on Nidgus’ appearance himself, as he is, indeed, the CEO of ‘Colleagtion.’

‘BOSS’ can be acquired via the Solutions website. The set is limited to 20 pieces.
