About toy
Van Gogh's Almond Blossom was painted as a gift for his baby nephew. The artist's brother Theo and his wife Jo named their son Vincent, after his uncle. Van Gogh was overjoyed: "It does me, too, more good and gives me more pleasure than I could express in words". The vitality of the blossom is never stopped; it transcends canvas, time, and context. But it still remains as amazingly graceful and inspiring as ever. Please accept a gift from us!
