About toy
This well-known piece by Salvador Dali has a self-portrait that is covered by a "soft watch." These clocks, according to Dali, symbolize what he termed the "camembert of time," which suggests that in the unconscious, the idea of time has no real significance. The ants crawling over the pocket watch imply a decoy, which is ridiculous given that the watch is made of metal. The Catalan artist did this by mixing his love of psychoanalysis with his artmaking. So it's cheese, not "liquid time."
This figurine is a part of the World Art collection. Keep an eye out for masterpieces!
