About toy

Where exactly the first spinning tops appeared is unknown. But, it is known that they have been played on almost all continents. In Australia, a spinning top was a long flat piece of wood with a rope tied to one of its ends. It was considered magical, due to the spells and drawings often applied to them. In ancient Japan, tops were an integral attribute for actors and magicians, in Africa, tops were also used as a spindle for yarn and for lighting fire, while in ancient Greece, not only children but also adults played with spinning tops, organizing whole tournaments. You can also play our Spinning Top — just add it to your collection!
