About toy
Meet our Japanese guest – Segatsu-San. Segatsu-san means "Mr. January." Overall, it’s the main difference from the usual Santa Claus. Segatsu-san doesn’t congratulate Japanese people on the New Year, but on the so-called Golden Week. Throughout this week, Segatsu-san goes from house to house, congratulating children and adults and wishing them success in the coming year. But he doesn’t give presents to children. That’s why for a long time, gifts to children in Japan were given by the parents themselves, without hiding the origin of the presents.
This figurine is the part of "Christmas guests" collection. Collect them all!
