About toy
A trash bag filled with junk goes to the curb on garbage day. A garbage truck picks it up and crushes it with other trash. At the landfill, the truck dumps the trash into a big pile, and heavy machines spread it out. The bag breaks open, and its contents mix with all the other garbage.
But some people recycle. They use separate bins for things like plastic, glass, and paper. Recycling trucks collect these bins and take them to a recycling center. There, the materials are sorted and cleaned. They are turned into new things, like bottles, cans, or cardboard. Recycling helps reduce the amount of trash that goes to the landfill.
