About toy
Malevich's work pushed the limits of traditional art in directions that no one suspected. His cycle of works, The Peasants, did not simply depict the lower class, as had been done hundreds of times in the history of art. His depiction of the peasants sought to draw people's attention to the problems and the very life of the villagers. Only Malevich managed to do this not through pity for the heroes, but through an appeal to their strength, resilience of mind, and beauty of life.
This figurine is a part of the World Art collection. Keep an eye out for masterpieces!
