About toy
Bastinda, also known as The Witch of the West or The Wicked Witch, is a powerful and feared character in L. Frank Baum's classic tale, "The Wizard of Oz". This figurine is inspired by her character and her reputation for being wicked and ruthless. Known to avoid contact with water, it was said that she was so wicked that the blood in her had dried up many years ago. Bastinda had conquered the Winkie Country long ago with the help of the Winged Monkeys and ruled it tyrannically, making the Winkies her slaves. Even when the Great Oz tried to recapture the Winkie Country, she fought him off with the help of the Winged Monkeys.
This figurine is a part of "The Wizard of Oz" collection. Collect them all!
